ABOUT

Seven years ago, I got into fitness for a simple reason — I wanted to look better. I wasn’t obese, but I wasn’t in great shape either. What started as a personal goal quickly turned into a deep obsession with human movement, resistance training, nutrition, and performance. I spent years learning everything I could, eventually earning my NASM certification and beginning to help friends and family. Watching their confidence grow and their lives improve became one of the most fulfilling experiences I’ve ever had — and I knew this was what I wanted to do for a living.

That passion led me into competitive bodybuilding, which only amplified my pursuit of better physique, better performance, and better systems. But more importantly, it sharpened my ability to apply both old-school discipline and modern, research-backed methods in a way that actually fits real life — not just gym culture.

Today, I specialize in helping busy, driven people — executives, tradesmen, and high performers — upgrade their lifestyle without burning out or overhauling their entire lives. My clients want better health, energy, performance, and physique, but they don’t feel like their schedules are compatible with training and nutrition. That’s where I come in.

I meet clients exactly where they are. Whether someone is taking their first steps toward movement and nutrition, or tightening up an already disciplined routine, my approach is empathetic, structured, and sustainable. I believe in motivating and challenging clients — but never at the expense of feeling heard, respected, and supported. My goal is to help people move forward confidently, without the process feeling overwhelming or “all or nothing.”

Over the past four years, I’ve helped clients reach their lowest weight since high school, completely transform their posture, and build serious strength and muscle — all while maintaining balance, consistency, and quality of life. Results matter, but longevity and sustainability matter more.

What “DHS Fitness Cult” Means

DHS stands for “Do Hard Shit.”
Not the Instagram highlight reels — the real work that happens in the background.

It represents the small, unsexy decisions that compound over time: choosing better meals, showing up for short training sessions, moving more throughout the day, and making tiny upgrades that eventually change your entire life. We don’t chase extremes — we build discipline, resilience, and momentum.

We all can overcome. We all can do hard shit.
